Happy Life Animal Rescue 11 am-3 pm
HLAR will be here in the courtyard from 11 am-3 pm with lovable, adoptable dogs looking for their forever homes! Whether you’re ready to adopt or just want to meet some furry friends, these pups are sure to bring extra holiday joy. Adoptions can be completed on-site, so if you’ve been thinking about welcoming a dog into your family this holiday season, this is the perfect time to meet your new best friend. Mia's Sweet Minis 11 am-3 pm
Mia's Sweet Minis will be on-site serving fresh mini fluffy pancakes topped with many drizzles and sweet toppings out of our outdoor donut window from 11 am-3 pm. Perfect for a sweet treat while you shop!
Cafe-Style Farm Lunch 11 am-3 pm
Join us for a wholesome festive farm lunch made with seasonal ingredients from the farm, whenever possible! Café-style lunch is ordered at our indoor cider bar located in the back of our farm store. Indoor seating is limited, and is first-come-first-serve, we do not take reservations. Outdoor seating is plentiful and will also be available, be sure to come bundled.
Live Music 12-3 pm
Talented local musician Adam Fitch will be performing a lovely acoustic set in the back of the farm store.
Treasury Cider Bar 11 am-6 pm
Those 21+ can enjoy hard cider by the glass or flight crafted from start to finish at Fishkill Farms, exclusively using fruit from our orchard. The cider bar also has a menu of seasonal cider cocktails, local beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. Try specials like:

Our farm store will be bursting with holiday goodies all day, including fresh cider donuts and baked treats, our own apples and winter veggies, local cheeses and meats, holiday home decor, stocking stuffers and more.
Cozy winter vibes, good food, great company, and handmade goods - it’s all here at the farm. Come spend the afternoon with us, connect with our community of makers, and support local this holiday season!
